Munya Badze, The Enterprise Adviser Network – preparing young people for the world of work

Supporting young people to make informed choices about their future is an important responsibility for schools. Governing boards have a key role in ensuring their school(s) not only does what is required by law, but gives its pupils the tools and knowledge to make a success of their lives. This workshop will explore strategic and practical ways a partnership with the Kent & Medway Enterprise Adviser Network will help primary and secondary school young people prepare for the world of work.
