District Clerks Briefing

Event code GV 19/020
Event description District clerk briefings are held twice yearly in each area
Each briefing will include:
• Updates on legislation, regulations and governance news
• A development focus
• Networking and sharing good practice with other clerks

Following the first hour of the district briefing, Clerking Service Clerks will be required to attend an additional one hour Service update session (purely for employees of the The Education People Clerking Service as part of The Education People's employer responsibilities).

We hope all clerks working in schools will take up the offer of this training session which will help with your own Continual Professional Development. It will also allow you the opportunity of having an input into clerking training sessions we plan for the future. We look forward to seeing you at one of these briefing sessions!

**Kindly note ** There is a charge of £100.00 for non subscribers of the SLA, for this course.
